To fulfill the responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer and effectively support all customers at Koeberg Power Station.

Position: Field Service Engineer

Minimum Qualification Required:
National Diploma and/or CompTIA A+ and
Comptia N+

Key Perfomance Area:

Incident Management
Hardware Support
Software support
IMACD Management
1st Line network support.
Customer relationship management

Technical skills (software and hardware)
Customer relations/focus
Enterprise tools/systems
Administrative skills
Planning and organizing
Communication
Reporting skills

Minimum Experince Required:

2 years in Field Support mainly hardware and
software support.

Additional Requirements:

Drivers License
Own transport essential - must be willing to
travel
Willing to work flexible hours as well as
perform standby duties
