Siddika Osman is the CEO and a founding member of Nkgwete IT Solutions, where she leads the company with a vision rooted in purpose, impact, and excellence. With 28 years of experience in the ICT sector, Siddika began her career as a Systems Engineer in 1996 and has since held roles such as Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Business Process and Governance Specialist, and Managing Director.

Siddika’s approach to leadership is guided by humility, determination, and the belief that outstanding leadership is about empowering others to achieve their potential for the greater good. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of South Africa, a Certificate in Leadership Development from GIBS Business School, and a Seed Transformation Program Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Passionate about Nkgwete’s mission, Siddika focuses on delivering excellence as a service provider, fostering a motivating workplace, ensuring financial sustainability, and uplifting communities through corporate citizenship.

Sagaren Kanniappen is the Chief Operating Officer at Nkgwete IT Solutions, bringing nearly 26 years of service and extensive experience across industries such as energy, transport, finance, and private enterprise. As COO, Sagaren oversees day-to-day operations, implements business strategies, optimises processes, and ensures resource efficiency. He is pivotal in aligning operational performance with the company’s strategic goals, managing budgets, policies, and compliance.

Sagaren began his career at Eskom in 1999, progressing through roles in network administration, support analysis, field service engineering, and operations leadership with companies like arivia.kom, T-Systems, and Nkgwete. Since 2013, he has been a cornerstone of Nkgwete’s leadership team.

His qualifications include a National Diploma in Engineering (Computer Systems), ITIL V3 Foundation, and executive programs from Wits and GIBS Business Schools.

Chante Bezuidenhout is the Chief Financial Officer at Nkgwete IT Solutions, where she oversees and manages the organisation’s financial operations, ensuring sound fiscal management and strategic alignment.

Chante’s career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., where she completed her traineeship and advanced to Senior Associate over 6.5 years, gaining invaluable experience in accounting and finance. She joined Nkgwete in January 2020, bringing her expertise and passion for financial excellence to the organization.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences in Financial Accounting, SAIPA Professional Evaluation (Professional Accountant SA), the USB Executive Development Future Managers Programme, and an ITILv4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

Chante values Nkgwete’s culture of transparency, mutual respect, and recognition, which motivates her to excel. Verqura Maider is the HR Manager at Nkgwete IT Solutions, bringing over 20 years of professional experience to the role. Her responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance appraisals. Verqura ensures alignment between HR policies and business goals, supports organisational growth, and fosters a positive workplace culture through wellness initiatives and open communication.

Her career began with 17 years in the engineering industry as an administrator, followed by a year as an administration manager in the automotive sector. Joining Nkgwete in 2022 as the CEO’s Personal Assistant, Verqura’s dedication and expertise led to her promotion to HR Manager in July 2024. She is known for her people skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.

Verqura holds certificates in Business Management, HR Management, Self-Mastery, and SHE Representation, among others. She values Nkgwete’s supportive leadership, growth opportunities, and collaborative culture, calling it the most rewarding experience of her career.

Elizabeth Rakgoale has been an integral part of Nkgwete IT Solutions for over 11 years. She oversees Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) operations. In her role, Elizabeth ensures compliance with ISO standards, maintains up-to-date client safety files, inducts new employees, and develops essential workplace policies.

Her career journey began as an administrative intern before exploring her passion for safety. Starting as a SHE representative, Elizabeth advanced her expertise, focusing on ISO standards and implementation. She is certified in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Implementation, Internal Auditing, APMG Lean IT Foundation, and is a Prosci Change Practitioner.

Elizabeth thrives on Nkgwete’s strong teamwork culture, where hard work is balanced with moments of celebration. Leading a dedicated admin team, she finds joy in fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals, embodying the “work hard, play hard” spirit that defines Nkgwete.

Darryl Marnitz is a dual-role leader at Nkgwete IT Solutions, serving as Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager for Koeberg Power Station. In his Service Delivery capacity, Darryl ensures Eskom clients receive seamless service aligned with strict Service Level Agreements. He conducts regular service reviews with stakeholders nationwide and collaborates with our partners to maintain high standards.

As Operations Manager, Darryl oversees the Koeberg team remotely from Polokwane, ensuring operational excellence for approximately 2,000 users. He visits Koeberg quarterly, and hosts weekly check-ins to address challenges and drive efficiencies.

With 44 years of industry experience, Darryl’s career journey has included Telkom, Eskom, arivia.kom, and T-Systems. He holds an N6 Diploma in IT, SIAM Certification, and CSSA membership.

Darryl values Nkgwete’s supportive, family-like culture and cherishes the opportunities and memories created here as he approaches retirement.

Manqoba Masina is an experienced Operations Manager at Nkgwete IT Solutions, where he oversees team management, incident resolution, SLA compliance, resource allocation, vendor relations, and continuous improvement initiatives. With a focus on performance monitoring, security, and collaboration, Manqoba ensures operational excellence and fosters a culture of innovation and growth.

Joining Nkgwete in 2013 as an intern at Eskom Park, Manqoba faced the challenge of transitioning from academic knowledge to real-world problem-solving. His passion for IT and dedication to excellence quickly earned him a permanent role. In 2017, he was appointed Operations Manager, a position he holds with pride and responsibility, managing diverse teams and overseeing multiple sites.

Manqoba holds certifications in CompTIA A+, N+, ITIL v3, Lean, and has completed leadership development programs. He values Nkgwete’s supportive culture and the freedom to innovate beyond his role, contributing to the company’s growth while expanding his own professional capabilities.

Inayath Wahab is the Operations Manager for the Limpopo Region at Nkgwete IT Solutions, where he oversees 11 Field Service Engineers and manages day-to-day operations to ensure seamless client support and exceptional customer satisfaction.

His team consists of Field Engineers based in Polokwane, as well as at Matimba and Medupi Power Stations.

With over 15 years of experience as a field service engineer, Inayath has worked on numerous accounts for companies such as Arivia.kom, EOH, and T-Systems. Among his notable achievements is managing a significant hardware and software rollout project within the Eskom environment, achieving 100% success. Identified as a Senior Engineer and growth candidate at Nkgwete, he underwent a six-month mentorship program that prepared him for his current leadership role.

Inayath holds certifications in A+, N+, and MCP, and has completed the Future Managers Development Programme at Stellenbosch University, as well as the Managing and Leading People program at Wits Business School. Jane Mbuyisa is an experienced Operations Manager at Nkgwete IT Solutions, with an impressive 19-year tenure at the company. Her role includes creating ticket management reports, overseeing SLAs, managing daily operational challenges and escalations, mentoring interns, and collaborating with teams and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Jane’s ICT journey began in 2002 as a help desk intern at Eskom Park, where she developed strong customer and communication skills. She advanced her career with roles at Mthombo IT Solutions, arivia.Kom, and T-Systems before joining Nkgwete in 2013 as a Senior Field Service Engineer. In 2016, Jane was promoted to Operations Manager, where she also began working closely with interns in 2017, mentoring them to become skilled professionals.

Jane holds a B-Tech in IT Management, a National Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering, and certifications including ITIL v3, CompTIA N+, and leadership programs from Wits and GIBS.

Neville Nkosi is an experienced Operations Manager at Nkgwete IT Solutions, managing operations for seven power stations and ensuring Field Service Engineers meet service obligations and SLAs. He is also responsible for preparing weekly Eskom Information Security Reports across all nine provinces.

Neville’s career began in 2003 as an intern at Arivia.kom, supporting the Transnet account. Over the years, he held various roles, including Field Service Engineer and Delivery Manager, working with clients such as the Department of Defence, Eskom, Old Mutual, and Transnet. In 2013, he joined Nkgwete as an FSE and steadily progressed to Operations Manager, with additional stints as a Sales Manager and a Delivery Manager. His extensive experience in IT operations and service delivery spans two decades.

Neville holds certifications in ITIL v3, Lean, and leadership programs from Wits and GIBS. He values Nkgwete’s commitment to staff development, career growth, and tackling unemployment in South Africa, calling it a company that genuinely makes a difference.

Tasneem Esa is an Operations Manager at Nkgwete IT Solutions, where she oversees the End User Computing (EUC) environment for the Western Cape region, as well as the Eastern Cape.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Tasneem began as a technician in 1998. She excelled in this role for 14 years before transitioning into management. Her passion for working with people and providing technical assistance has been a driving force throughout her career.

Tasneem holds a National Diploma in Information Technology (Cum Laude), ITILv4 Foundation certification, and has completed various management and leadership programs, including the GIBS Management Course, MDP, and Finance for Non-Financial Managers.

Sunil Reddi is a Senior Operations Manager at Nkgwete IT Solutions. He oversees a team of 20 field service engineers responsible for deskside L1 and L2 support. He ensures that services align with the statement of work, manages client expectations across Gauteng and surrounding areas, and focuses on SLA management, customer relationships, and team engagement.

With over 15 years of experience in IT operations and service management, Sunil has managed IT support for major corporates such as MTN, Discovery, Denel, and Absa Bank. His expertise includes incident management, process improvement, vendor management, and strategic leadership.

Sunil holds a Diploma in IT, a Higher Certificate in Business Management from Henley Business School, and certifications in ITIL, Agile Project Management, and Lean Six Sigma, among others.
